Handsets are configured to point to the CTI server. Current supported handsets: Snom

The port specified on the Go Connect Server

Architecture:

uaCSTA handset are normal SIP handsets that are configured to connect to a uaCSTA server over SIP also. The uaCSTA session is only used for monitor and control the normal SIP accounts. The handset is known by the number of the first working account (the primary).

Driver Requirements:

None

Firmware Requirements (for new installations):

Models tested and supported - Snom 821 handset
Firmware = 8.7.5.44

Other Requirements:

Handsets need to be configured individually (or via provisioning) to point to the uaCSTA server.
